The right exposure/experience is a must to convey the message across through different materials and medium. Exhibition design spans a wide range of applications including museums, visitor centers, heritage parks, themed entertainment venues, trade shows, corporate environments, expositions, and retail stores. It harnesses physical space and visual storytelling to create environments that communicate the visitors. Exhibition design can be limited to a single display or can be expressed in immersive, architecturally integrated environments. With the rapid onboarding of technology, Exhibition design is increasingly media-driven, social, and democratized, with content generated not just by designers and curators, but also by users themselves.

Master in Exterior/facade design
What is a Master in Facade Design?
A façade refers to one side, usually the front, of a building. It is an integral piece to the overall design of a building. It provides the opportunity to create a personality and character to a building. Facades can come in many shapes and sizes, and it is really a chance for the designer to showcase their talent by bringing a building to life. A simple yet elegant façade design can suddenly change the character of a building and how it is perceived. The power of great design is reflected here. A simple yet elegant façade design can suddenly change the character of a building and how it is perceived.
Over the past twenty years, modern technologies and high functional demands have made many specializations necessary for planning-related professions in the fields of construction and architecture. Now façade planning is undisputedly high on the list of the most demanding and versatile professional specializations.
Where physical, material-technological, structural-design and particular architectural and aesthetic issues are covered. The facades of a building visible from a street play an important role in contributing to the amenity and attractiveness of an area. Facades, therefore designed to have a pleasing scale and appearance, proportion and rhythm, solid-to-void relationship and materiality. Many buildings have standard designs that meet structural regulations but lack any sort of character. This has a detrimental effect on the places we live. A building façade also plays an important role in energy efficiency as well as linking the exterior building design to the interior design. With new innovations in materials, ideas and design, a build façade can unlock a multitude of opportunities for buildings.
A curtain wall is a type of façade that has no structural impact. It is a separate structure attached to the building. This is particularly common in modern architecture. A building façade or curtain wall will have a big impact on the flow of air and light on a building as well as how it copes with environmental conditions. As more and more people are rebelling against boring design and standard building structures, building facades has become an integral part of design.

Master in Retail design
What is a Master in Retail Design? Retail design is a creative discipline that combines several different areas of expertise together in the design of retail space. Retail design is primarily a specialized branch of architecture, interior design and exhibition design; however it also incorporates elements of product/industrial design, graphic design, retail ergonomics, and advertising.
Retail design has become specialized discipline due to the heavy demands placed on retail space due to surge in population. Because the primary purpose of retail space is to stock and sell product to consumers, the spaces must be designed in a way that promotes a hassle-free shopping experience for the consumer. If it is retail chain then it must also be designed visually in such a way that it draws people into the space to shop. The storefront must act as a billboard for the store and should have display windows that allow shoppers to see into the space and the product inside the store.
On completion : One can work as retail designer of brand or non-brand commercial spaces, retail design consultant and retail facility designer.
Course highlights : THEME, PLANOGRAM, BRAND ENVIRONMENT, RETAIL ERGONOMICS, DISPLAY CASES, DISPLAY WINDOWS, MERCHANDISING, RETAIL CHAIN, DIGITAL COMMUNICATION, PSYCHOLOGY, TYPOLOGIES, FLAGSHIP STORE, POP-UP STORE, ELEMENTS OF RETAIL DESIGN, SILENT DESIGN-NON-DESIGN.
Master in Lighting design
What is Master in Lighting Designing?
It’s often said that lighting is as much an art as it is design engineering, but the art of design can be reduced to a series of guiding principles. “Lighting” is the application of light to spaces. Where the light is placed, at what relative intensities, and in what direction, can have a major impact not only on vision and visual comfort, but also on perception. Not just light, but the lighting equipment itself can also affect impressions of the space and its owner.
Lighting, therefore, can impact satisfaction, visibility, task performance, safety, security, sales, mood and atmosphere, aesthetic judgment and social interaction. It also tells a story about the space, whether a given store is likely to be focused on discounts or high-end products, or whether a restaurant is selling fast food or a fine dining experience. Architectural lighting design shapes the visual environment experienced by building occupants. By considering the interaction between light and materials, lighting designers greatly influence the function and aesthetics of architectural spaces.
Designers are concerned with color appearance (correlated color temperature, or CCT) and color rendering compared to an ideal source (measured on the color rendering index, or CRI). Changing CCT, CRI and saturation can have a big impact on how people, objects and spaces appear, enhancing or muting or even distorting their colors.
Space perception- bright uniform lighting, with light placed on walls and even the ceiling, can make a space appear public and visually larger in a lobby. Conversely, lower-intensity lighting at the task with a little perimeter lighting can create feelings of intimacy in a fine restaurant.
On completion : Career pathways for designers include employment in lighting design practices, engineering firms, lighting equipment manufacturers, architectural and design offices, lighting distributors and independent consultancies.
